WinCK series micro powder packaging machine is designed for
high-precision dynamic powder dosing. It is derived from advanced packaging
technology, high-speed sampling technology and dynamic weighing filter model,
which perfectly reaches the milligram-level high-precision packaging of powder
by customer’s requirements. |

The
WinCK series powder filling machine has two feeding methods, auger type and
vibration type, to meet the requirements of different materials. Both of them can
be equipped with online weighing feedback control to ensure the accuracy of
each dispensing, and can store weighing data in real time. The data can be
output through the serial port, automatic bottle feeding, automatic feeding,
automatic filling, automatic plugging, automatic capping are realized, which
realizes the fully automatic process of precision feeding, reduces manual errors
and improves production efficiency. |
